Ingredients
Sweet potato, medium, boiled, mashed 4 pc
Ginger, grated 1 tsp
Green chilli, finely chopped 2 pc
Cashew nuts 12-14 pc
Khoya, grated 3 tbsp
Gram, roasted, powdered 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Limejuice 1 tsp
Lemon powder, dry 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Clarified butter or ghee 4 tbsp
Method
Heat 1 tsp of clarified butter in a pan. Add the ginger, green chilli and khoya, and sauté for a minute. Keep aside.
Mix all the dry spices, salt and mashed sweet potato into this.
Add limejuice and make 12-14 small round patties. Press cashew nuts on top of each patty.
Heat the remaining butter and shallow-fry the kababs till light brown.
Serve with apple chutney and mint curd.
