Tandoori jhinga

Serves: 2
Ingredients
Prawn, with tail 300 gm
Lemon 2
Ginger 10 gm
Garlic 20 gm
Yoghurt 30 gm
Mustard oil 20 ml
Cumin powder 10 gm
Kasoori methi 5 gm
Chaat masala 5 gm
Salt 10 gm
Method
Clean the prawns ensuring the tail remains and marinate with ginger, garlic and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients with yoghurt and make a paste.
Mix the prawns in the paste and grill in a tandoor till well done.
Serve hot.
