Ingredients
. 500 gm tiger prawns
. 10 gm ginger, finely chopped
. 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
. 25 gm Kashmiri chilli paste
. 10 gm coriander powder
. Salt, to taste
. 10 gm cumin powder
. 15 ml mustard oil
. 400 gm hung curd (curd hung over night in a muslin cloth to drain out the water)
. Coriander leaves, to garnish
Method
Make the marinade for the prawns by mixing together the ginger, garlic, chilli paste, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder and mustard oil. Add the hung curd last.
Marinate the prawns and grill in an oven, or, preferably an open grill for 10 mins.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
