Tortino al Cioccolato (chocolate fondant)

Ingredients
Dark chocolate 150 gm
Butter 80 gm + to grease
Flour, sieved 20 gm
Eggs (full) 2 pc
Egg yolk 1 pc
Icing sugar 20 gm
Vanilla sugar 5 gm
Cacao powder, sieved 10 gm
Method
Melt the chocolate in a small pot (on very low flame) then add the butter and mix together.
Whisk the eggs, yolk, icing sugar and vanilla sugar till thick and whipped.
Add the chocolate and butter mix, constantly stirring.
Add the flour and the cacao powder.
Grease four aluminium cups with butter and coat the cups lightly with chocolate powder over the butter (as you would do when baking a cake).
Pour the filling ¾ full in each cup and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 13-15 minutes.
Turn upside down on serving plates and sprinkle with icing sugar.
