Tuna ceviche

Serves:
Ingredients
Tuna, fresh 150 gm
Onion, red 3 tbsp
Coriander, fresh 3 tbsp
Habanero chilli pepper ½ tbsp
Limejuice, fresh 90 ml
Olive oil 80 ml
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Cut the tuna and red onion into small cubes; chop the coriander and the habanero chilli.
Combine all the ingredients, except tuna, in a mixing bowl. Marinate the tuna for about 5 minutes. Season and serve.
TIP: For ceviche, you can use any raw fish like red snapper, sea bass or grouper.
