UAE seeks volunteers for National Day celebrations

Dubai - Celebration will take place at Zayed Sports City Stadium.

Organisers of the Official 47th United Arab Emirates National Day Celebration, "This is Zayed. This is the UAE", are searching for energetic and enthusiastic young citizens and residents to support the celebration at Zayed Sports City Stadium on December 2, offering an opportunity to become part of one of the nation's most iconic events.
The call out for volunteers presents a once in a lifetime opportunity, with world renowned artists, musicians and performers paying tribute to 47 glorious years of unity amidst extraordinary live performances.
Abdulla Al Qubaisi, member of the Official 47th UAE National Day Celebration organizing committee said, "I implore all the young people of the UAE to apply and wish them the best of luck in becoming a volunteer at the Official 47th UAE National Day Celebration."
Ayesha Al Hosani, a volunteer from previous years, said: "Volunteering at events such as the UAE National Day Celebration helped me grow my experience. I was part of a very organised team, who made me feel comfortable but also taught me a lot. It was a great to volunteer, and I hope all who are considering doing so put an application in."
The Official 47th UAE National Day Celebration will combine traditional and modern tunes, poetry and art with futuristic visual and audio displays, creating an unforgettable celebration of the tolerance and unity of the UAE, alongside honouring the inspirational life and the cherished values of Sheikh Zayed, father of the nation.
