UAE traffic: Accident on MBZ road towards Dubai causes massive congestion

Those commuting to Dubai will find find it tough today as traffic to Dubai will add to their commuting time. 
For those driving in from Sharjah to Dubai or Abu Dhabi, there was an accident between several vehicles on Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed road under Al Warqa'a Bridge reported at 7.16am this morning due to which there is a build up of traffic congestion.

Al Ittihad road is also congested going towards Dubai from Safeer Mall in Sharjah to Al Kiyadah metro station.
Shaikh Zayed road is a good alternate travel option for those making to commute form Sharjah to Dubai.
In Dubai, Al Wasl road is heavily congested from Jumeirah American school to Safa Park.
Hessa street near Jebel Ali race course has some traffic going towards Al Barsha police station. 
There is also slow moving traffic on the Dubai Al Ain road.
