Ingredients
. 200 gm veal loin, cleaned
. 100 gm labneh
. 80 gm yoghurt
. 4 tbsp corn oil
. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
. ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
. Salt to taste
Method
Cut the veal into 20 gm cubes, and place in a large bowl.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the veal cubes.
Rub the marinade into the meat and let it sit overnight to enhance the taste.
Skewer the meat and grill the cubes on a non-stick grill for 10 minutes (on high flame for the first 3 mins and then on low for the remaining time).
