Dubai - According to media reports earlier this week, Malik had ended her three-year-old marriage with Khattak after a family court granted them divorce.
In a promo of a Pakistani TV show 'Aisay Nahi Chalay Ga with Aamir Liaquat' on Twitter, the actress says people have been saying she married for money, and she will have to live with with the burden that she was not wrong, even as she is seen fighting back tears.
According to media reports earlier this week, Malik had ended her three-year-old marriage with Khattak after a family court granted them divorce.
According to a court official mentioned in reports, the 33-year-old actress had filed a plea seeking divorce in the Lahore family court in first week of this January as the couple had developed differences and could not live together.
A day later, Khattak posted a tweet saying "InshaAllah everything will be sort out soon... I have faith on Allah swt... @iVeenaKhan you are my good wife, a good friend.. I LOVE U."
