Video: Mysterious fireball spotted in the skies of Germany

Videos appearing on the internet since Thursday showing a mysterious fireball speeding across the sky in Germany have gone viral. 
Citizens in Germany were left puzzled when an unidentified object was seen as far away as Italy and Switzerland. 
The white light initially appears like a small ray of light but grows larger and changes to a blue-green glow.
German newspaper Stuttgarter-Zeitung reported that the police received multiple calls regarding the fireball. No reports of damage have been reported, the police said.  
The sighting comes at the height of the Leonid meteor shower, which peaks in mid-November, reported the Daily Mail.
