His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice president and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai has congratulated the people of Kuwait on the safe return of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah to Kuwait. The Amir was in the US for medical checkups.
Sheikh Mohammed tweeted a montage video of special moments with Sheikh Sabah to celebrate the Amir's return to his homeland.

"We and the people of Kuwait are happy on the return of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to his country and the people who love him. May Allah protect you for your country and people, and grant you the goodness, pride and health for you - the prince of humanity"
The Amir expressed his deepest gratitude to the people of Kuwait, expats and leaders of other Arab nations for their wishes and warm welcome.
