The DMRA project team had started an introductory presentation to representatives of the healthcare sector on March 25 while the feedback is required to be submitted by April 17.

However, the DMRA has, for the first time, listed the topics and posted the draft documents, on which the feedback is required, on its web site.

Consultations will also conclude by the end of this month while the Dubai Government's approval will be sought by next month and a phased introduction will start this year itself.

The topics on which the stakeholders are required to present their feedback include: DMRA code of conduct for nursing and midwifery; guidelines for DHA healthcare facilities; planning, designing and construction; licensing requirements for nursing and midwifery; and scope of practice for registered nurses and physicians.
