Kay Kay Menon in Irrfan Khan's role?

Director Neeraj Vora says Kay Kay Menon did not replace Irrfan Khan (pictured) in Hera Pheri 3.

“We can’t call it a replacement as we were keen to cast Irrfan, but he was busy and his dates were not matching. So, we approached Kay Kay Menon for the same,” said Vora.

“Kay Kay is a fabulous actor and now he is very much part of this project. We will start shooting for the film by the end of this month,” Vora added.
