Al-Futtaim Honda unveiled the 2017 Honda Accord and a special edition Honda Civic at an event held in Abu Dhabi in the presence of 2009 Formula 1 champion Jenson Button.
The US-built Honda Accord gets a major facelift with sportier, more features restyled alloy wheels on the 4 cylinders and Honda SensingTM Technology on V6 grades.
The event also saw the Al-Futtaim company unveil a special edition matt-black finish 2.0 litre Honda Civic featuring a sporty and aggressive new look. The new Civic is not only fun to drive, charismatic, spacious and stylish but also the most efficient in its class.
Colin Cordery, regional managing director of Al Futtaim Honda, said: "The Accord and Civic are the most popular vehicles of the Honda range and we are confident these new models will continue to create excitement amongst our customers."
"Also, we are delighted to introduce the new 1.6 litre Civic to the UAE. This addition to the Civic range will be available across our showrooms next month has an i-VTEC Engine with CVT Transmission and, at a much lower price point than the 2.0 litre, is sure to appeal to a wider customer base who can enjoy what this amazing car has to offer," added Colin.
