The 18th edition of the Indian Property Show will be held from June 2 to 4 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The Credai Chennai pavilion will showcase deals from reputed developers and a range of budget to ultra-luxurious properties in Chennai. Two buyers booking a property within 30 days from the exhibition date stand to win a round trip to Chennai.
The Indian Property Show will see the participation of 35 developers from Chennai such as Akshaya, Alliance Infra, Amarprakash, Arihant Foundations, BBCL, Doshi Housing, Dugar Housing, Embassy Property Developers, Isha Homes and SSPDL to name a few.
Suresh Krishnan, president of Credai Chennai, said: "This association has enabled more developers from Chennai to participate and have an experience of showcasing their properties on this platform. We are hopeful to continue this association."
R. Srividya, general manager of corporate sales and brand engagement, Sumansa Exhibitions, said: "Our association with Credai will give NRIs a range of projects to invest in. This is one of the biggest real estate expos and we are known for the credibility we hold in the market."
