Ajman Ruler hands over 350 villas in Uptown

His Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, recently handed over keys to owners of villas in the first phase of the $750 million Ajman Uptown project. The development is the only freehold villa project in Ajman.

Fahad Sattar Dero, managing director and CEO of Sweet Homes Group, said: "We are very proud to see the turnover of the 350 villas to their respective owners."

According to the director of Sweet Homes, Fawad Sattar Dero, Ajman Uptown is both innovative and unique in design. It offers a mixture of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom townhouses/villas and apartments.

Located along Shaikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road, Ajman Uptown is inspired by French architecture. The Ajman Uptown project's main contractor is Sweet Homes General Contracting. Once fully completed, the master development will include 1,504 villas and townhouses, a hotel, hotel apartment building, shopping mall, hospital, club, two mosques and a school on over 3.5 million square metres of land. In addition, Ajman Uptown will also have a fire fighting station, security outposts and boutique offices.
