Investors took deep interest in the first ever lease-to-own offer from an Abu Dhabi-based property developer Al Forsan Village.
The project offers a portfolio of health focused luxury mixed-use development. A villa could be purchased and owned for as low as Dh300, 000 per annum. "We have received a tremendous response on the very first day for our villas and we are expecting the trend to continue in through the show.
"Our lease-to-own offer has been well received by the investors and they are looking at these villas for both personal use and investment purposes," Rashed Al Qubaisi, general manager of Al Forsan International Sports Resort.
The community offers a range of townhouses, semi-detached and stand-alone villas as the architecture inspired by Petra infuses strong design features with homely colours to interest prospective buyers, he said.
Al Forsan Village provides a broad mix of accommodation types to suit different lifestyles and family requirements, from comfortable and easily managed apartments to truly substantial and luxurious detached villas for extended family living.
The planning of the community is developed on a series of concentric semi-circle housing arrangement, providing easy access to the central plaza and all its facilities. The community is situated on the emerging mainland of Abu Dhabi next to the dynamic and developing community of Khalifa City A.
The project will benefit from a variety of traditional and modern sports which are offered at Al Forsan International Sports Resort, located in the near vicinity. The community's unique lifestyle will be augmented by 15,000 square meters of retail space, known as 'The Town Square' and will also be home to a state-of-the-art 5-star hotel.
The Al Forsan Village project will include 440 units of one to four bedroom apartments spread across 241,985 square meters.
The community sports an extravagant 1.7 km jogging track, three adult swimming pools apart from three swimming pools for children. The area also includes landscaped greenery with playgrounds and water features, especially to keep the residents active and fit.
"Creating a real sense of community, the vision behind Al Forsan Village is to foster a true sense of community within an elite residential enclave. The amenities offered provides all the action which residents can choose to be part of; otherwise it's peaceful and tranquil is a private oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life," said Al Qubaisi.
