Aldar Properties is developing a Dh6 billion luxury villa project on Yas Island, which can be purchased by all nationalities.
Yas Acres is a mega project being developed to meet the strong demand for villas in Abu Dhabi.
This golf and waterfront development which will add 1,315 villas to Yas Island, is one of the most significant new residential developments to be launched in Abu Dhabi by Aldar with a development value of over Dh6 billion.
Inspired by the concept of Yas Island Living, Yas Acres is located on the northern shores of the island. Residents will enjoy the golf course and club house, parks, schools and vibrant waterfront right on their doorstep.
Yas Acres, which upon completion will be home to 15,000 residents, is the embodiment of Yas Island Living, which emphasises community and puts leisure at the heart of everyday life. To achieve this, the full length nine-hole golf course and member's country club sits at the heart of the development. The project has all community emenities like schools, mosques, community retail, a yacht club and marina.
Prices for units within Yas Acres will start at Dh2.9 million for three-bedroom townhouses.
At the centre of Yas Acres, and running the full length of the development along either side of the golf course and onto the northern shores of Yas Island, sits "Royal Oak".
Royal Oak comprises four-, five- and six-bedroom luxury villas with golf, park and sea views. Each home has been designed to the highest specifications and will be one of the largest in Yas Acres.
Abubaker Seddiq Al Khoori, chairman of Aldar Properties, said: "Abu Dhabi's economic fundamentals remain solid, built upon a long-term vision for economic diversification. In order to play a key role in our emirate's growth plans, this development is a clear example of Aldar committing to the delivery of only the highest quality homes to the market."
Villa clusters will include landscaped parks, running and cycling tracks, community pool areas along with playgrounds, sports facilities and barbecue areas. In addition Yas Acres will be home to five mosques, two schools, one retail centre and a full-service Adnoc petrol station.
Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, chief executive officer of Aldar Properties, said: "Yas Acres is compelling for investors looking to buy into the steady returns and future growth of the well-established Yas Island community."
"The new development is also exciting for those who want to buy a family home to live in and aspire to the luxury lifestyle amenities that define Yas Island living."
"Yas Acres, in addition to being an excellent investment proposition each home has been designed to meet the discerning standards of owner occupiers. We believe that Yas Acres represents everything that people, families in particular, will want from a home."
"Whether it is the proximity to great amenities within Yas Acres or the rest of Yas Island, the quality of the homes, or the care that has gone into the design of the community, this is a new benchmark for Abu Dhabi," he said.
"Yas Island is a recognised centre for entertainment and leisure, and combined with the growing number of villas and apartments, I am confident that it will be the most desirable address in the emirate," Al Mubarak concluded.
Those interested in Yas Acres will have the opportunity to view the masterplan, development model in addition to a range of floor plans at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
