Aldar Properties has launched 'The Cedars' within its flagship golf and waterfront development, Yas Acres.
The developer is waiving the five year service charge and two per cent Abu Dhabi municipality fee, and also offering customers a 20/80 payment plan.
The development features two school plots with sporting facilities, both of which have been acquired by a local investment firm. The schools will cater to students from three to 18 years.
Yas Acres will add, upon completion, 1,315 townhouses and villas to the island. Construction is underway on the three launched phases of Yas Acres, with handovers of the first 652 homes on track to commence during 2019. Limited numbers of three to six-bedroom homes are still available, with prices starting from Dh3 million.
