All DFM-listed firms announce H1 results

DUBAI — Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has released its quarterly financial disclosure summary for DFM-listed companies. In this report, DFM announced that 100 per cent of DFM-listed companies have announced their half-yearly financial results.

According to the report, all DFM listed companies announced their financial results for the first half of the year within the 45-day grace period as per the regulations established by the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (ESCA).

DFM management extended its special appreciation to those companies that disclosed their financial results early in the reporting period. DFM management stressed the importance of meeting the disclosure and transparency criteria set by ESCA, noting that this will contribute to enhanced investor confidence.
