Better Homes to lease, manage new project

DUBAI - Shaikha Shaikha bint Saeed Al Maktoum has appointed Better Homes to lease and manage her prestigious new project currently underway at the corner of Al Diyafah Street and Al WasI Road.

Al Sahel Contracting and Khatib & Alami Consolidated Engineering Company were appointed to ensure the very best in quality for the venture. The development consists of two residential towers, office space and a shopping mall.

The residential towers will comprise studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and extra large three- bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 512 sq ft for a studio to 3,498 sq ft for an extra large three bedroom apartment.
