Binghatti Developers launches Binghatti Stars at Cityscape Global 2017

Dubai-based Binghatti Developers is poised to make an impact at Cityscape Global 2017, the premier property exhibition taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 11 to 13, with an expansive pavilion that presents the developer's latest offerings throughout Dubai.
Showcasing Binghatti's award-winning architectural design, the developer's portfolio includes a number of completed projects throughout the Dubai Silicon Oasis community, as well as a number of developments under construction throughout several areas of Dubai, including Dubai Silicon Oasis, Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Marina, Jumeriah Village Circle, Liwan, and Dubai Land Residence Complex. The company has experienced dynamic growth in the past year with more than 20 projects currently under development throughout Dubai.
The company's latest project, Binghatti Stars, was officially launched at this year's event. The property features 363 residential apartments and is situated in a prime location of Dubai Silicon Oasis just across the street from the upcoming Silicon Mall project. The building showcases a mixture of unit types, including studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Booking a unit in the project requires just 1 per cent of the purchase price, with 2.5 per cent monthly payments until completion in December of 2018. The building features a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a gym, pool, jacuzzi, children's pool, and play area for residents to enjoy. The project was recognized as a Finalist in the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets 2017 in the Future Residential High-Rise category.
