Universal Hospital celebrated its third anniversary in its endeavour of spreading good health and saving lives in the UAE.
The celebrations began with the hoisting of the national flag by the chief guest Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development. This was followed by the traditional Ayala Dance, the UAE traditional folk dance.
Universal Hospital now also gets access to the super-specialised care and services of NICU with the launch of Level III Neonatal Intensive Care UNIT (NICU) accredited by HAAD. This was inaugurated by Shaikh Mohammed bin Suhail Al Maktoum and Major General Dr Ahmed Naser Al Raisi.
Dr Shabeer Nellikode, founder and managing director, took immense pride in welcoming the dignitaries and the guest and thanked all his supporters, former and current patients, families, community partners and physicians for showering their blessing's in Universals quest for excellence in healthcare. An evening of fun and entertainment for the staff and the guests was organised to commemorate this event.
