Dubai Properties (DP) has announced that the first phase of infrastructure work has been completed and construction is in full swing on Arabella 1 townhouses in Mudon community in Dubailand.
The main construction contractor, Trojan General Contracting (TGC), has mobilised on-site at the sold-out residential community in preparation for the commencement of the next phase of infrastructure work, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016.
Masood Al Awar, chief commercial officer, Dubai Properties, said: "Arabella 1 offers options to suit a range of buyers, from young professionals seeking comfortable housing to families looking for a lively residential destination with a communal feel. Construction work at the residential community is well under way."
Eng Hamad Al Ameri, managing director, Trojan Holding, said: "The Arabella 1 housing project allows us to utilise our assets of vast and efficient manpower and cutting-edge technology to deliver excellence. Arabella 1 Townhouses is going to fuel the real estate market with its unique and sought-after offerings."
Arabella 1 townhouses will be completed in 2018 and Arabella 2 townhouses was launched earlier this year owing to strong customer demand.
The three- to four-bedroom townhouses in Arabella 1 range from 1,984 sq ft to 2,603 sq ft. Community facilities at Mudon include sporting facilities, recreation areas, F&B, community services, healthcare, education and other amenities.
