CREDAI Extends Services to 
Indian Community in UAE

DUBAI - The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) has held several exhibitions in Dubai over the past few years, as a commitment in extending its services to the Indian community residing in the UAE.

CREDAI, a consortium of property developers in India is constituted with a mission to provide a range of quality residential & commercial projects in the country. Its members include real estate developers from Bangalore, Mysore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala, according to a Press release. An Expo held in Dubai, early this month, offered fabulous projects from 21 leading property developers of Karnataka and Banks who provided attractive finance options.

Some of the Property Developers who also participated in the Bangalore Reality Expo included Adarsh developers, Ajmera housing corporation ( Bangalore), Bagadia estate Developers Pvt Ltd., Brigade Group Canopy Dwellings to name a few. The Finance institutes that participated included LIC Housing Finance, ICICI Home Loans and HDFC Housing finance Ltd. CREDAI – Karnataka, (formerly known as KOAPA) is an association one of the prominent promoters who insists on a strict code of ethics for its members.
