Damac Properties is on a launch spree to attract young property buyers. The luxury developer has launched Akoya Relax villas targeted at millennials, young couples and families within its Akoya Oxygen community.
The villas will be priced upwards of Dh1.6 million. Owners will benefit from free community service, free property management and maintenance for five years from the date of completion.

Each villa comes with a plot title deed, backyard and separate kitchen and living areas.

Tim Fallon, vice-president of corporate communication, Damac Properties, said: "We're taking the stress out of owning a villa by covering all applicable charges for five years. We will also take the hassle out of leasing properties by assisting owners to shortlist qualified brokers."
Akoya Relax villas will go on sale on Saturday (November 5) from 10am to 4pm at the Westin Mina Seyahi hotel in Dubai.

Damac Properties had earlier launched three-bedroom villas called Akoya Fresh for Dh1.2 million at Akoya Oxygen. Last month, the firm launched another series of villas for Dh1.2 million called Akoya Selfie, and in September it unveiled three-bedroom villas known as Akoya Imagine 2.0 for Dh999,999.
