DFC director elected ICSC trustee

DUBAI — Phil McArthur, Dubai Festival City’s director of leasing and marketing, has been elected as the first Middle East-based trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) — the shopping centre industry’s global trade association which boasts 54,000 members across 80 countries.
