DFMC plans for expansion in the region

Dubai Furniture Manufacturing Co LLC (DFMC), established in 1993 for manufacturing and marketing King Koil range of products with state-of-the-art production facility in Dubai to cater to the Middle East market.
DFMC has grown from strength to strength by launching innovative and technologically superior products and by establishing company showrooms, expanding dealer network and penetrating hospitality segment. DFMC obtained licence to manufacture and market America's No.1 brand, Serta, in the Middle East and India in the year 2001 and 2013, respectively. In the process DFMC has become a multi-national company with corporate office in Dubai and sister companies in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Riyadh resulting in market share of more than 60 per cent in retail and hospitality segments.
DFMC plans to open five more King Koil showrooms in the UAE and will be establishing a manufacturing facility in Riyadh along with exclusive company showrooms to cater to the growing market needs in Saudi Arabia.
DFMC uses high quality raw materials procured from established suppliers from around the world and manufactures King Koil and Serta mattresses using hi-tech machines from Europe and USA. Since its inception in the Middle East, King Koil has launched several revolutionary technologies and concepts to lead the mattress industry. Their focus on manufacturing quality products has helped them gain consumer confidence and loyalty.

King Koil is recommended by International Chiropractor's Association and is the world's bestselling Chiropractic endorsed Sleep System whereas Serta is endorsed by National Sleep Foundation. DFMC has preferred supplier arrangement with leading hotel chains such as Hilton Group, Marriott Group, IHG, Accor Group, Kempinski, Atlantis, etc. They also work closely with many hospitality customers to create specific products to suit their requirement and also provide training to their house-keeping staff regarding the maintenance of the mattresses to ensure King Koil and Serta products last longer and also perform to the satisfaction of their guests. A "Quality Check" is also provided for the mattresses every year as a precautionary measure to provide suitable inputs to the house-keeping staff regarding maintenance to ensure both the brands perform beyond the warranty period.
