The deal was signed by Rashed Al Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Industrial City, and Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani, Chairman, AW Rostamani. Arabian Automobiles is the dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault vehicles in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Under the agreement, the three million sq. ft. facility will include a specialised service centre, logistics, distribution and warehouse complex.
Al Ansari said: "The presence of one of Dubai's leading business groups at the Dubai Industrial City is yet another testimony of our success in attracting major players to the transportation zone. Our end-to-end suite of services and facilities allow companies to focus on long term growth, while delivering improved results and creating additional value for stakeholders and customers."
Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani said: "With our business, customer base and head count growing exponentially, the new facility will help sharpen our client focus and achieve our business goals."
Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles, pointed out the new investment at Dubai Industrial City will provide Arabian Automobiles with several operational advantages to strengthen its current market share while augmenting future growth plans.
He added the new facility will have around 300 employees and staff, and will offer enhanced services to meet the increasing demand for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault brands.
