Dubai Customs concludes awareness campaign on Strategic Plan 2007-’11

The employees were also updated on Dubai Customs preparations for Dubai Government Excellence Programme 2007.

The organisation of these lectures by the Planning and Strategy Department at Dubai Customs came after the launch, by Dubai Customs Director General, Ahmed Butti Ahmed, of the new Strategic Plan 2007-2011 last February.

About 700 employees were given the chance to learn about the objectives of the Strategic Plan and how to achieve its goals while becoming effective partners in the development and modernisation process of Dubai Customs, which conforms with Dubai Strategic Plan 2007-2015.

The campaign organisers surveyed the attendees through a questionnaire to get their feedbacks regarding Dubai Customs strategic plan.

The survey results would help later in organising more dedicated and customised lectures targeting certain segments of employees, according to their needs and requirements.
