Jumeirah Golf Estates has launched 95 townhouses in its affordable luxury community Alandalus.
This is on the heels of the sales launch of the apartments - with over 75 per cent sold. The price for townhouses start from Dh1.3 million.
Yousuf Kazim, CEO of Jumeirah Golf Estates, said: "We have increased the number of townhouses in the community to meet the strong demand for mid-market homes in Dubai."
The 95 townhouses are expected to be complete in September 2018. Each townhouse will have a private outdoor terrace, including an optional plunge pool and patio area.
The townhouse development is the latest addition to the mixed-use community, which also encompasses 715 apartments, a hotel and community retail centre.
Two apartment towers with 215 units were launched in phase one of Alandalus. Prices for Alandalus apartments begin from Dh835,000. A four-bedroom apartment at Alandalus will cost close to Dh2 million.
