The second edition of the Dubai Property Show concluded in Mumbai with a strong response from property investors. Reputed property developers and real estate companies from Dubai showcased a range of apartments, villas, townhouses and commercial spaces.
The Dubai Property Show was organised from December 9 to 11 by Sumansa Exhibitions in association with the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr Ahmed Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India, along with Indian actor, director and film producer Arbaaz Khan.
Majida Ali Rashid, assistant director-general and head of the real estate investment management and promotion centre, the DLD's investment arm, said: "We are glad to bring Dubai real estate to the doorstep of Indian investors. Indians have been the top investors in Dubai real estate sector for years."
The show attracted around 4,094 visitors.
