Located in Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach, the master-planned development by Eagle Hills in the city, the new Palace Fujairah Beach is a premium luxury hotel to be managed by Address Hotels + Resorts.
This follows Eagle Hills unveiling the Address Fujairah Resort + Spa last year, the first development of its kind in the emirate, located in Sharm. Palace Fujairah Beach is the second project to be managed by Address Hotels + Resorts in the emirate. It will feature 162 rooms and suites.
Low Ping, CEO of Eagle Hills, said: "Fujairah is a unique location in the UAE. The city and the wider emirate is very popular among international tourists and UAE residents."
Olivier Harnisch, CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group, said: "Palace Fujairah Beach, our second project in the emirate, underlines our focus on expanding the footprint of our brand in the UAE and other markets."
Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach is a mixed-use development that will also feature a gated residential community, comprising 84 villas and townhouses available in two, three and four bedrooms with beach, garden, and city views. It will be the first residential development in Fujairah city with direct access to the beach.
