Emaar unveils '17 Icon Bay' residences

Emaar Properties commenced sales of 17 Icon Bay residences today in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The development comprises 43-storey residential tower. With about 300 apartments featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, 17 Icon Bay is strategically located by the tip of the Central Park neighbourhood, and offers access to a wide range of retail, F&B and leisure that are set along a 4.5 km-long Creek Boardwalk.
