Emaar unveils townhouses in Emaar South

dubai - Saffron homes are available in 3 and 4-bedroom formats

Emaar Development has unveiled Saffron, the first townhouse community in Emaar South. A joint venture with Dubai South, Emaar South offers a mix of tiered townhomes, townhouses, villas and apartments.
Saffron townhouses are located centrally in the new neighbourhood, along the Emaar South Boulevard. The residential destination will serve professionals working at the nearby Dubai Wholesale City, Dubai World Central Free Zone and Al Maktoum International Airport as well as the various components of Dubai South.
Saffron townhouses have a private rear garden and are linked to an 18-hole championship golf course promenade. Saffron homes are available in 3 and 4-bedroom formats. Each home will also have covered parking for two vehicles.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: "Emaar South offers the opportunity to be part of the future logistics and aviation hub of the city. Emaar will launch the sales of Saffron townhouses on Monday (February 26).
