Empower set to host gobal district cooling conference
Ahmad bin Shafar, CEO of Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower).
The announcement was made at the end of the 107th International District Energy Association (Idea) Annual Conference and Trade Show in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Dubai hosting this conference reflects the global standing of the emirate in the district cooling industry and its leading role in disseminating this technology among other developing countries.
The Idea conference will attract participations of world-class experts and professionals in the district cooling industry. It will also serve as a platform to exchange expertise and experiences.
The sessions of the three-day event will focus on developing best ways of district cooling technologies and solutions in Mena and other developing countries via the United Nations Environment Program. - Wam
