As the only international carrier with a Dubai city check-in service, Etihad has positioned the conveniently-located facility on Shaikh Zayed Road. Guests can now organise their ticketing, security screening and baggage check-in on the ground floor of the Etihad Office in Chelsea Towers.

"Etihad Airways has built a reputation for providing Guests with stress-free travel whether on the ground, or in the air, and this extends to Guests who live or have been staying in Dubai. Once checked-in, Guests can enjoy the luxury coach service to Abu Dhabi International Airport which is less than an hour from new Dubai," said Shaikh Dr Ahmed bin Saif Al Nahyan, Chairman, Etihad Airways.

The new facility has proved extremely popular with Coral, Pearl and Diamond zone Guests because the service affords more time in Dubai to conduct business meetings, shop or even dine at the city's numerous restaurants.

"Being able to check-in up to 24-hours before flying is a bonus for business or leisure travellers. It removes the stress of congested queues and lengthy terminal walks, providing Guests with the considerable luxury of extending their holiday or business. People are so busy these days that leaving Etihad to manage their baggage offers tremendous peace-of-mind," continued Shaikh Dr Ahmed bin Saif Al Nahyan.

Also based at Etihad's Shaikh Zayed Road office is the airline's Dubai sales and marketing office which is situated on the mezzanine floor.

"The positioning of Etihad's Shaikh Zayed Road office is ideally located in central Dubai. Whether staying in Deira or Jumeirah, it is only a short distance to the check-in facility. It also means that once the formalities are complete, Guests can return to the beach one last time, or visit one of Dubai's shopping malls," concluded Shaikh Dr Ahmed bin Saif Al Nahyan.
