The company has recruited 26 people within six months, bringing the total headcount to 45. Two of the main growth areas have been maintenance and operations divisions. The company has plans to recruit a pool of aviation expertise that will enable it to extend its charter activities and expand the range of services offered to business jet operators in the region. Key activities supported by these two divisions include ground handling, flight planning, and aircraft administration.
"Over the last six months, ExecuJet has expanded its team in the Middle East, making new additions across all departments, as part of a phased strategy for growth. We're confident that we now have one of the strongest offerings for business aviation customers on the market," said Horm Irani, managing director ExecuJet Middle East.
While expanding its Dubai-based operations, ExecuJet has also strengthened its presence in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Cairo. It has also added new aircraft to its fleet, including a Bombardier Global Express and a Pilatus PC-12.
