Dubai - The banknotes will include new tactile features engraved in bleed-off intaglio printing on the edges.

The UAE Central Bank will put in circulation from today currency notes of Dh1,000, Dh20 and Dh10 denominations, reprinted with tactile marks for the blind and sight-impaired people.
The banknotes will include new tactile features engraved in bleed-off intaglio printing on the edges.
The tactile feature on the Dh1, 000 denominations consists of a pair of four horizontal lines, while Dh20 will have three lines and Dh10 two horizontal lines.
