Jawhara Jewellery announced the top ten winners of the Jawhara Heritage Design Competition.
Jawhara Jewellery concluded its successful participation at the 21st edition of Dubai International Jewellery Show (DIJS), which started on November 15 and continued until November 18 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Jawhara Jewellery participated in the pavilion, which covered the largest area of 216 square metres in Zabeel Hall 6, displaying the innovative and unique designs from most of the international gold, jewellery and diamond companies that deal with Jawhara Jewellery,
The pavilion was visited by a large number of visitors, buyers and traders.
Commenting on the occasion, Tamjid Abdullah, deputy CEO, Jawhara Jewellery, said: "We were pleased to participated in the Dubai International Jewellery Show. This was an important international event, which presented the latest gold and jewellery designs from all over the world."
Meanwhile, Jawhara Jewellery announced the final results of the Jawhara Heritage Design Competition. The top ten winners were honoured and the winning designs were manufactured by Jawhara Jewellery and displayed in stores.
The winning designs were chosen by the jury consisting of: Tamjid Abdullah, Aisha Al Mazroui, Laila Suhail, Neruba Bate, Naida Akiva and Supra Manian.
The competition, which lasted about two months and was sponsored by the International Gem Institute, the world's largest independent diamond and gemstone certification institute. The first of its kind competition aims at reestablishing original Arabic designs in the jewellery design sector, which has always enjoyed a special status due to its design professionalism.
