Joyalukkas honoured

John Paul Alukkas and Sonia Alukkas received the award from Sami Al Qamzi and Shaikha Ahmed Bishri.

 Dubai Department of Economic Development, under the auspices of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES), has honoured Joyalukkas Jewellery showroom in Lulu, Al Qusais, with the Best Performance Outlet Award. The same award-giving authority had already recognised the global jewellery retail chain earlier in May for outstanding customer service.
John Paul Alukkas, executive director, Joyalukkas Group and Sonia Alukkas, director, Joyalukkas Group received the Best Service Performance Outlet award for Joyalukkas Jewellery Showroom in Lulu, Al Qusais from Sami Al Qamzi, Director General, Department of Economic Development, and Shaikha Ahmed Bishri, Director of Business Excellence Department at the Department of Economic Development.
Joyalukkas is the first retail chain to be awarded both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and to receive Superbrand status seven years in a row.
