DUBAI - The Day and Night Jewellery and Watches Magazine has broken the record and became the 'Largest Magazine in the World' by page size when the Special edition of the November 2003 -January 2004 issue was launched on October 14, in Manama, Bahrain.

The 188-page Special Edition of Day and Night Magazine was unveiled at 'Jewellery Arabia 2003' - the 12th Middle East International Jewellery and Watch Exhibition being held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre in Manama, Bahrain from October 14 to 18, under the patronage of Shaikh Khalifa bin Sulman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain.

Naiem Jbara, Publisher of the Magazine, said: "Day and Night Jewellery and Watches Magazine is only 18 months old, but the magazine has since established itself as the premier bi-lingual (Arabic and English) magazine for prestige watches and jewellery in the Arabian Gulf."

The Special edition of Day and Night is an exact large-size replica of the regular normal sized magazine and this huge magazine will subsequently be exhibited in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Beirut from November 2003.

Day and Night offers a focussed editorial mix that encompasses insights into the fascinating world of watches and jewellery , pertaining to trends, branding and retailing strategies, the latest products, designs and innovations, industry related news and interviews with key decision-makers.
