London, LA inspire Damac's new villas

Damac Properties has launched the Kensington Boutique Villas at Akoya Oxygen, in addition to Beverly Hills Boutique Villas at Akoya by Damac.

Sales for Kensington Boutique Villas were launched in Dubai on Thursday. Furnished and serviced villas start at Dh1.35 million with payment over three-and-a-half years. Furthermore, sales for Beverly Hills Boutique Villas will be launched on Saturday (January 7) from 10am to 5pm at the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai at Akoya by Damac.

Kensington Boutique Villas are inspired by the London district. Grand architecture, outdoor spaces and colourful flora define each Kensington Boutique Villa.

Homes are fully serviced and furnished by Damac Maison and come in a variety of sizes. The villas are situated within the golf community which also houses the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai. The clubhouse is the largest of its kind in the region, featuring restaurants and a spa.
