Damac Properties has announced that it is launching new residential units comprising studios, and one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the east towers within The Residences at Aykon City, a freehold project on Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking the Dubai Canal.
With two-bedroom apartments starting from Dh1.3 million through a payment plan spanning six years, The Residences at Aykon City will go on sale in Dubai on April 19 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Godolphin Ballroom from 5pm to 10pm.
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president, Damac Properties said: "Aykon City is Dubai's newest landmark, raising the bar of the emirate's luxury lifestyle."
Aykon City comprises residences, hotel rooms, hotel apartments and office space. Each of the towers has been designed to feature stunning view corridors: from Sheikh Zayed Road to the Arabian Gulf; from Dubai Canal to the heart of the city; from Safa Park to Dubai Marina.
Central to the development is Aykon Plaza, an elevated platform that links the East Tower and provides the community with areas to unwind and relax.
Aykon City also features The Club, an exclusive residents' only setting - a place to relax and socialise.
