New tower launched by Emaar

DUBAI — Emaar yesterday unveiled the third and last tower of its three tower Fairways Club side Residence, West Tower, in response to overwhelming demand for elegant residential suites around the Emirates Golf Club.

Part of the popular Views community, this upscale, high rise development comprising of one, two and three bedroom residential suites with spectacular golf course views, has been designed to provide a life style of amazing surroundings, increased leisure opportunities, a vast range of services and high living standards.

Naaman Atallah, Emaar Properties Director of Sales, said: "The launch follows the successful launch of Golf Towers last year which attracted an excellent response from first-time home owners, novice and pro golfers, young families, as well as professionals and businessmen working in new Dubai."

The high rise towers overlook the Emirates Golf Club, like all the other Views communities.
