Nurol Holding is a Turkish industrial conglomerate operating in the sectors of construction, defence manufacturing, energy and tourism. Founded in 1966, it has almost 40 subsidiaries, affiliation, branch and project partnership. The company is launching Nurol Reit (real estate investment trust) in the region and inviting GGC investors to Istanbul, Turkey, to choose from their properties.
Nurol has a presence in the Gulf region with Nurol Construction and Trading Company in Abu Dhabi since 2003. It holds an A class contracting licence and has concluded more than $1 billion worth of projects, including the Khalidiya Palace Rotana Hotel and Residences Project and Causeway Bridge connecting Abu Dhabi and Reem Island.
Nurol Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) was launched in 1997. Ceyda Carmikli Kilicaslan, executive board member of Nurol Reit, states "We would like our residents to have general facilities within the complex they live in order to increase their daily life standards. As Nurol Reit, our projects' main objective is to build quality properties that make our residents feel as though they have 'invested in life', much like our company philosophy."
Nurol Reit's portfolio includes diverse projects in various cities across Turkey, such as Nurol Plaza, which is deemed as the finance and business center of Istanbul; Nurol Residence, one of the most luxurious housing projects; Karum Business and Shopping Center, which is among major attraction centers; and Oasis Shopping, Culture and Entertainment Center.
