The deal envisages the development of 'The Headquarters Business Park' into an architectural icon, which will stand out as Jeddah's new landmark.

Rayes told a Press conference that work on the SR800 million project will commence within a month and be completed by December 2009.

He said that the project comprises nearly 280 units of office space, although this can change depending on the needs of prospective tenants. It will be 52 floors high with 68,000 square metres space.

Essam Omar Fakieh, director-general of AlDar AlKhasa, said that it is located half way between downtown Jeddah and the airport, needing merely 10 minutes to reach either." The brilliance in its design provides the ultimate luxury and convenience for future business leaders with a unique point of view," he added.

Businessmen and companies can have their choice of condominium space which meets their needs.

"For the first time in Saudi Arabia, the new business park offers Sky villas, distributed at different levels, two floors each, with a sky garden facing the sea, adding to the exceptional concept of luxury for business leaders who want nothing less than to stay on top," he said.

"Luxurious and smart, the new business park includes a business centre containing the most advanced devices for data display/communication, in and out of the boardrooms," Fakieh said.

The tower will also be home to five-star restaurants serving the most splendid Arabic and international cuisine.

The parking lot will have space for about 2,000 vehicles, with three spots per 100 square metres space, claimed to be the highest average of spots per 100 square metre space in the Kingdom so far. "All this space will be monitored under the latest in security surveillance, another feature enhancing the perfection in design," he added.

The Headquarters Business Park will revolutionise the construction and architectural world within the region," he said."
