Sobha Group has launched 354 apartments in buildings 2 and 3 in phase 2 of Sobha Hartland Greens. They are eight-storey apartment buildings located on the Dubai Water Canal. Sobha Hartland Greens is part of the wider $4 billion Sobha Hartland project in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Construction of Phase 2 is under way and completion is expected by December 2018. These apartments are priced at Dh1,480 per sq ft (plus premium applicable) and come with good payment plans.Sobha Hartland Greens comprise studios, duplexes to one, two and three bedroom apartments. Investors will have an option to choose from park, pool or boulevard view apartments.
Show apartments are available for viewing at the Hartland Sales gallery.
P.N.C. Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Group, said: "We have designed these apartments keeping in mind each type of lifestyle, investment, preference and purpose as there are multiple options of layouts and sizes. Given our focus for quality and large lavish homes compared to smaller units offered by other players, coupled with excellent payment plans, Sobha Hartland is the preferred choice for real estate investments. We can already see ripples of a healthier market and September-December should be an interesting phase for real estate here."
At Sobha Hartland spanning 8 million sq ft, residents will have access to two international schools (Hartland International School is already operational), nurseries, malls, yoga centre, swimming pool, clubhouses and spas, mosques and healthcare facilities. - deepthi@khaleejtimes.com
