Enabling works for the project recently commenced, and include shoring, piling, excavations and other works, such as the erection of fencing and signboards at the site. The five-month contract for this phase of the project was awarded to Al Dhafra Pipeline & Contracting Co. (A.P.C.C.), who will execute the work under the supervision of Al Bayaty Architects (MBA Engineering Consultancy) and the general direction of the Tanmiyat Project Management company.

The Exchange is one of the trio of towers that constitute The Commercial Heights, an undertaking by Tanmiyat. The tower will be equipped with a host of facilities, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, a variety of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and a number of retail outlets.

Following a recent visit to the site, Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, Vice-President, Tanmiyat Group, said, "The current demand for quality commercial property has served as our inspiration for this project, as it aligns perfectly with our vision for the creation of developments that cater to the needs of the communities in which they are built."

Tanmiyat has a large number of projects being developed across the Middle East, including in KSA, UAE, Turkey, Jordan and Sudan
