Abu Dhabi will witness a surge in hotel occupancy rates during the summer through September, a tour operator said.
"Tourists' numbers are expected to surge during the coming months as compared to the same period last year; thanks to festivals and events organised by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority this summer," says Alaa Al Ali, general manager Nirvana Travel and Tourism.
Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority forecast guest arrivals are expected to reach to around 3.9 million during 2015.
According to bookings for this season indicated a continued flow of tour groups and visitors, especially from the GCC countries.
"Tourism in the emirate of Abu Dhabi is no longer seasonal because the emirate has become a superior touristic destination worldwide," he said.
The tour operator planning to offer the best rates for hotels and resorts in the capital. "The objective is to attract more visitors throughout the year. Whether tourists are coming for business meetings or leisure travel," Al Ali said.
Al Ali said that Abu Dhabi hotels are proving the high-end services to both tourists and businessmen.
Al Ali said: "Our offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai other Gulf countries have contributed to the expansion of many business plans successfully."
